Description
St. Louis County is soliciting sealed bids for the Hanley Road–Laclede Station Road Resurfacing project, including removal and replacement of deteriorated pavement and curbs, surfacing and texturing, asphaltic concrete overlay, sidewalk and curb-ramp replacement, and traffic-signal improvements such as accessible pedestrian signals. The work covers the corridor from Manchester Road to Newport Avenue under St. Louis County Project No. AR-1819 and Federal Project No. STP-5613(610). The successful bidder must comply with applicable federal Davis–Bacon and Missouri prevailing-wage requirements. Contractors must appear on the Missouri Department of Transportation approved contractor listing at least seven days before bid opening. No second-tier subcontracting is allowed. Contractors and subcontractors must provide a qualifying 10-hour OSHA construction safety program for on-site employees within 60 days of beginning work. The project has a stated DBE goal of 0%.
