Description
St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for rubber stall mats to provide full coverage for 396 10-by-10-foot horse stalls. Mats must be black or a similar shade, approximately three-quarter-inch thick, smooth or pebble-top and nonslip, nonabsorbent, nonhazardous under the specified OSHA standard, and covered by a minimum 12-year wear warranty and a lifetime warranty against rolling, buckling, separation, and curling. Interlocking sections are required when more than one mat is needed per stall, and freight and delivery must be included. Bidders must identify the proposed make and model, unit price per mat, delivery charges, and total bid amount, and explain any deviations from the specifications. The bid package requires signed forms and supporting documentation, including the applicable work-authorization affidavit and E-Verify documentation, and includes domestic-products certification options. The contract is expected to run for approximately 12 months from the notice of award.
