Description
The Mid-County Fire Protection District is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide construction manager at risk services for a new engine house facility with administrative offices. The anticipated scope includes design, bidding, construction, land acquisition support, associated testing, construction completion, and punch-list services for a single engine house. Respondents must submit qualifications describing comparable fire station, ambulance station, or police station projects completed within the past five years, including client representative contact information, as well as their knowledge and experience with the needs, aspects, and building-code requirements of fire station projects. Fee information is not requested at this stage. The submission requires three hard copies and one electronic PDF copy.
