Great Rivers Greenway District is soliciting bids for demolition of existing signs, furnishing and installation of replacement wayfinding and interpretive signage, and installation of painted environmental graphics on portions of the concrete floodwall along the Monarch Chesterfield Levee Trail. The work extends from the John L. LeCave Trailhead in Wildwood to the Edison Avenue Trailhead in Chesterfield, Missouri, including floodwall areas at Centaur Road and Baxter Road. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision and comply with special requirements for work on a United States Army Corps of Engineers levee administered by the Monarch Chesterfield Levee District. The project includes signage, concrete pads, traffic control, mobilization, staking, and related construction work, with plans and specifications issued by Shive-Hattery dated October 7, 2026. Great Rivers Greenway has not selected a sign manufacturer and may require a full-size prototype. Bids are solicited electronically through Bid Express, with sealed hard-copy bids also accepted. A 5% bid security is required; the successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds totaling 100% of the contract sum.
