Description
El Dorado County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to establish a qualified list for professional consulting support related to fiscal impact analyses and public facilities financing plans. The scope includes preparing and reviewing project reports, evaluating and refining development agreements, reviewing and developing land-use and public-facility-financing policies, and analyzing proposed financing mechanisms. The qualified list will remain valid for three years from award, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum amount of work. Specific assignments may be awarded through direct selection and contract negotiation or through informal submittals from at least three qualified-list firms. Relevant experience with California local government agencies is highly desirable.
