Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to provide accounting services for its Housing Authority. The selected provider must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the required work and must submit information addressing its qualifications, key personnel, servicing-office location, technical competence, experience with similar engagements, compensation and fee schedules, and availability for required public or special meetings. The proposal must include a qualification statement, at least three similar-project references including at least two municipalities, contact information for references, key personnel credentials and responsibilities, relevant experience, professional certifications, pricing, and disclosures of conflicts of interest or recent professional discipline. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027. Required submission materials include the proposal sheet, proposal response, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general-liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative-action notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. The solicitation states that a professional-liability insurance certificate and certain compliance documents are required at contract execution rather than proposal submission.
