Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to serve as municipal auditor. The selected respondent will provide the duties described in the municipal auditor scope of work and must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to perform the services. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, experience, professional certifications, references, technical competence, personnel, management capability, and cost. The proposal must include a firm qualification statement, key personnel credentials and responsibilities, servicing-office information, relevant experience, professional certifications, a compensation proposal and fee schedule, and references for at least three similar clients, including at least two municipalities. Required submission materials include the proposal page, proposal response, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative-action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. The contract term is January 1 through December 31, 2027.
