The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is recruiting experienced professionals for its Revenue Administration program on a competitive basis for intermittent assignments under personal services contracts. This global solicitation seeks specialists in tax administration (including tax audit, dispute resolution, compliance risk management, returns processing, collection, taxpayer service, and tax fraud) and customs administration (including CBP procedures, compliance, valuation, tariff classification, trade agreements, rules of origin, excise tax, post-clearance audit, border operations, and border control). Additional expertise in human capital management, criminal investigation, internal audit, and anticorruption is also sought. Assignments are primarily short-term (two to three weeks per trip) with some resident assignments of one year or more. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
