RFQ/FISCAL AUDITING SERVICES LEGAL NOTICE Arlington Housing Authority 4 Winslow Street Arlington, MA 02474 Advertisement Request for Proposal The Arlington Housing Authority is accepting proposals for annual audits of the Authority's Federally aided Programs and State-aided Programs for three (3) single year audits for FY's Ending September 30, 2026, September 30, 2027, and September 30, 2028. Completed Audits are subject to the approval of the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and the Arlington Housing Authority. Please enclose a separate proposal for the EOHLC AUP Audit. Proposals must be submitted by email or mail to John Nagle, Executive Director, Arlington Housing Authority, 4 Winslow Street, Arlington, MA 02474; jnagle@arlingtonhousing.org. The closing time and date for submission of proposals is Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Proposals received after that date will not be considered.
