Description
The City of Santa Fe, Texas, is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications from licensed certified public accounting firms to perform its annual independent financial audit, including audits of the 4B Economic Development Corporation and, when required, a Single Audit. The engagement begins with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2027, covers three years, and includes two optional one-year renewals. The selected firm will be evaluated on demonstrated competence and qualifications under Chapter 2254 of the Texas Government Code. The solicitation requires a qualifications submission addressing the firm's audit experience, technical approach, engagement team, references, transition plan, quality controls, and related qualifications, with a separate fee proposal. The submission deadline is October 27, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Time; faxed and emailed submissions are not accepted.
