The U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command is seeking industry feedback on a modernized, flexible contractor-owned, government-operated aircraft training solution to increase flight-sortie generation capacity and support phased combat-readiness missions for fighter pilots and aircrew. The requirement is intended to enhance the Pilot Training Continuum and maintain combat mission readiness. This is a draft Commercial Solutions Opening released solely for market research, industry engagement, and acquisition planning. It is not a formal solicitation, no proposals are requested, and the Government will not pay for information submitted.
