Description
The City of Newport News is requesting proposals from qualified offerors to develop a Central Services Cost Allocation Plan that complies with applicable federal and state grantor requirements, a Citywide Full Cost Allocation Plan for internal city needs, and an indirect cost rate calculation. The resulting work will support reimbursement of costs for federally and state-funded programs, cost-sharing programs, enterprise-fund charges, user-fee cost analysis, and management information needs. The Central Services Cost Allocation Plan must comply with 2 CFR Part 200 and support applicable federal and state reimbursement requirements. Responses are to be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal.
