Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking capability statements for a potential follow-on, single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract providing Contractor Engineering Technical Services in support of corrosion control for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps aircraft and related support equipment. The work includes technical advice, assistance, troubleshooting, deficiency analysis, technical-manual recommendations, and on-site academic and on-the-job training covering airframe, powerplant, avionics, electrical, and ground-support-equipment disciplines. The estimated level of effort is 696,632 man-hours, with approximately 99 percent of work performed at government sites and the remainder at other locations, including possible domestic and overseas fleet activities, ships, flight lines, and combat-zone or hazardous-duty locations. The anticipated structure is one base year plus four option periods, with Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee labor CLINs and cost-reimbursable other-direct-cost CLINs. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, qualified personnel, worldwide readiness, facility and safeguarding capability, CMMC Level 1 self-certification, and the ability to support classified work up to Secret and safeguard Secret information. The capability statement is limited to 15 pages and must address corporate profile, business size and socioeconomic status, recent similar experience, technical qualifications, staffing and locations, security capabilities, and teaming or subcontracting arrangements; separate feedback on the draft SOW, labor categories, and level of effort may also be submitted.
