The Federal Aviation Administration, through the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award a single-source contract to Helicopter Express LLC for initial and recurrent pilot qualification training for the Sikorsky SK-64 aircraft. Helicopter Express LLC is identified as the only known source capable of meeting the FAA's need. This announcement is informational only and is not a solicitation or request for proposal. The requirement will be awarded to Helicopter Express LLC and is not available for full and open competition. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist by September 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.
