Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking five packages of Control, Human Serum, for Level 2 i-STAT CK-MB control testing. The product is an in vitro diagnostic control for quantitative measurement of creatine kinase-MB mass in whole-blood or plasma samples, for use with i-STAT 1 systems. Each package contains six units and must be stored refrigerated at 2–8 degrees Celsius; freezing is prohibited. The specified product is Abbott Laboratories, Inc. part number 06P17-02, CAGE 6AWN5, or an alternate product supported by complete technical data. The item has a 12-month, non-extendable shelf life, with no more than one month elapsed from manufacture to delivery. Commercial packaging, Medical Marking Standard No. 1 labeling, destination inspection and acceptance, and delivery to the designated military consignee apply. All quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
