Description
The City of Hampton is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf, cloud-based Fleet Operations Management Platform for its Public Works Fleet Services Division. The solution must manage approximately 1,600 fleet assets and support approximately 100 technicians and shop personnel, along with approximately 100 additional users who will view vehicle information and status. The scope includes software licensing, configuration, implementation, data migration from existing systems, preventive and corrective maintenance management, digital inspections, asset lifecycle tracking, equipment replacement and Equipment Replacement Fund planning, inventory and purchasing functions, fuel management, mobile functionality, dashboards, reporting, integrations, notifications, training, project management, documentation, ongoing support, maintenance, and post-implementation assistance. The City requests a fully configured SaaS solution with data migration, production deployment, training, and support deliverables.
