Description
The City of Casa Grande seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to establish a pre-qualified list for non-exclusive, on-call professional services supporting City departments and projects. The scope includes general civil engineering, transportation and traffic engineering, water and wastewater, drainage and stormwater management, project management, CAD drafting, permitting, cost estimating, construction document support, construction administration and observation, special inspections, scheduling, surveying, GIS mapping, right-of-way support, and materials sampling and testing. Assignments will be issued through task orders on an as-needed basis, with scopes and fees negotiated before work begins. The City does not guarantee that any work will be assigned. The contract is stated to be valid for two years, with three optional one-year renewals. The City intends to select up to ten firms, and consultants may use subconsultants for portions of the work. The SOQ is limited to eight pages, excluding the three required forms, and must address qualifications, capabilities, references, and three similar project experiences.
