Description
Chatham County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide engineering design services for the President Street Grade Separation Project. The procurement is a quality-based selection for a project involving a grade-separated crossing carrying East President Street over Bilbo Canal and the CSX Railroad, along with roadway widening, interchange reconstruction, drainage, utility, multimodal, traffic, bridge, lighting, environmental, surveying, permitting, right-of-way, railroad coordination, public coordination, project management, construction documents, cost estimates, specifications, and related grant-support services if authorized. The Phase I submission must include a PDF Proposal—Phase I Response and the required Federal Requirements Form, including the Acknowledgement of Federal Requirements. The opportunity is a re-solicitation and is open to qualified consulting firms; evaluation is based on qualifications and related experience. The solicitation identifies NIGP codes for environmental consulting, transportation consulting, bridge engineering, civil engineering, environmental engineering, and professional engineering services.
