Description
The Defense Health Agency is seeking manufacturer quotations for six newly approved pharmaceutical agents scheduled for review by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee: Furoscix ReadyFlow for diuretics, Gwyn Lo for miscellaneous contraceptive agents, Jideytro for lung cancer, Omlyclo for atopy, RizaFilm for migraine agents, and Zenbexus for multiple myeloma. Offerors may submit Uniform Formulary Blanket Purchase Agreement price quotes for Military Treatment Facilities and the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy, Uniform Formulary Additional Discount Program refund quotes for the TRICARE retail pharmacy network, or both. Quotes must use the applicable NDC price-list spreadsheets and include all applicable NDC-11 packages, package and unit pricing or refund information, the Manufacturer Quote Submission Checklist, completed and signed agreement pages, and required company information. Manufacturers must address the clinical questions in Part 3.4 by email to the RFQ point of contact by the stated deadline. The resulting agreements may support formulary placement and pricing for the reviewed agents, subject to Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee recommendations and Defense Health Agency approval.
