Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting bids for a broad assortment of veterinary medical supplies. The requested items include diagnostic kits, gauze and other wound-care products, ophthalmic and otic medications, prescription drugs, vaccines, injectable anesthetics and other pharmaceuticals, sutures, surgical gloves, syringes, needles, endotracheal tubes, anesthesia breathing bags and circuits, blood-pressure cuffs, sharps containers, cleaning products, laboratory supplies, and animal-care accessories. The solicitation lists required quantities and packaging for each item, and bidders must bid on all items. Pricing must include delivery and all shipping charges, with delivery quoted in workdays after receipt of the order. The bid package must include the completed and signed Request for Bid form, Terms and Conditions, Northern Ireland Affidavit, and Wage Theft Form. The bid email must identify the document ID number and buyer in the subject line and state the document ID number, bid description, buyer, and closing date in the email body.
