Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is rebidding a general-contracting project to construct a 4,000-square-foot, single-story, unoccupied, non-tempered cold-storage building for machinery, equipment, and vehicles at Portage Lakes State Park. The scope includes the building, grading, gravel paving, fencing, concrete foundations and slab, pre-engineered metal building systems, sectional overhead doors, electrical service and lighting, fire extinguishers, and related site and utility work. The estimated construction value is $755,000. The project is subject to prevailing-wage, domestic-steel, and Ohio EDGE Business Development Program requirements, including a 5 percent EDGE participation goal. Bidders must submit an electronic bid, bid guaranty, and required electronic bid-form information; the original bid guaranty must be delivered separately after bid opening. The project has a stated completion date of October 22, 2027.
