Description
The CSRA Regional Commission, acting as the Area Agency on Aging, seeks providers for a range of non-nutrition services for older adults and caregivers. Requested services include adult day care and day health; emergency response systems; health promotion and disease prevention; home and community-based case management; homemaker and personal care; kinship care; elderly legal assistance; material aid; caregiver education and respite; and senior center recreation. Applicants may propose to serve one or more counties, except that elderly legal assistance must be offered regionally. Applicants must complete the application in the online portal and provide service-specific program descriptions, organizational and staffing qualifications, relevant experience, quality assurance and financial information, and a Uniform Cost Methodology spreadsheet. The application also calls for financial documentation and signed certifications. Awards cover an initial one-year period beginning July 1, 2027, with possible one-year renewals through June 30, 2030, subject to performance and funding availability.
