Description
The City of Cuyahoga Falls is soliciting sealed proposals for replacement of the City Hall East Plaza. Bidders must use the printed forms provided and must have obtained a recorded bid set of drawings and specifications; plans and proposal documents are available from the City Engineer's office for $50 per copy. Current city specifications are available on the City's Engineering Department page. Each bid must include a bond or certified check equal to 5% of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond equal to 100% of the bid amount. A local bid preference applies under Section 181.08 of the Codified Ordinances, and domestic steel use requirements apply under Section 153.011 of the Ohio Revised Code.
