Description
The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Nevada Health Authority, is soliciting qualified PACE organizations to establish and operate one or more Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly sites within defined Nevada service areas. Contractors will provide integrated medical, behavioral health, social, supportive, and other necessary services for community-dwelling adults age 55 and older who are eligible for Medicaid and meet a nursing-facility level of care. Services must support participants' health, safety, independence, and quality of life through an interdisciplinary care model. The awarded contractor(s) will operate under fixed monthly capitation rates and will be responsible for all administrative, operational, service, and site-establishment costs. The contract is expected to run from Board of Examiners approval through December 31, 2032, with up to four additional years of mutually agreed extensions. Successful organizations must complete readiness review activities and obtain Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval before beginning services. Proposals must address the mandatory requirements, scope of work, critical items, vendor qualifications, key personnel, subcontractors, confidential business information, and client references; cost proposals are not required because rates are actuarially established.
