Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting quotes for approximately 6,862 cases of toilet paper and paper towels for delivery to multiple Region 6 correctional facilities. Requested products include singlefold, multifold, and hardwound paper towels, as well as one- and two-ply toilet paper in specified sheet counts, roll configurations, dimensions, colors, and case quantities. Products must be new or recycled-content, first quality, meet the stated specifications, and be delivered according to the facility-specific schedule from January through March 2027. This is a one-time acquisition awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, by all items or individual line items as specified by the State. Bidders must provide itemized pricing, complete the required certifications and forms, and submit at least one customer reference evaluation demonstrating comparable toilet paper and paper towel supply experience. Delivery requires coordination with correctional institutions and compliance with facility security, packaging, pallet, labeling, and access requirements.
