Description
Westmoreland County is soliciting sealed bids for dual-purpose paper under Bid 26-36. The solicitation refers bidders to the attached bid specifications for the detailed paper requirements and warns that failure to follow those specifications may result in disqualification. Bidders must submit the complete bid in a sealed envelope, including one original and two copies.
