Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is conducting a one-time acquisition for 7,018 cases of toilet paper and paper towels for distribution to Region 3 institutions. The requested products include economy singlefold and multifold paper towels, one-ply toilet paper, and two-ply toilet paper, with specified sheet sizes, ply, counts, case configurations, colors, and packaging. Deliveries are scheduled for January 4, February 1, and March 1, 2027, to California State Prison, Corcoran; California Substance Abuse Treatment Facility and State Prison, Corcoran; and Valley State Prison in Chowchilla. Bidders must provide itemized pricing, meet the stated product and packaging requirements, coordinate deliveries with receiving institutions, and comply with CDCR security and delivery procedures. The solicitation requires a customer reference evaluation demonstrating comparable toilet-paper and paper-towel supply experience within the preceding five years. Responses must include the required RFQ and applicable certifications and declarations, including the Bidder Declaration, Darfur Contracting Act Certification, Postconsumer Recycled-Content Certification, GenAI Reporting and Factsheet, and other applicable forms.
