Description
This line-item invitation to bid seeks name-brand copy paper in various types and sizes. Bidders may bid on individual items, and pricing must identify the manufacturer, brand, model, and other applicable product information. Substitutions will not be allowed after award unless approved in writing. The resulting contract will support purchases by participating members throughout the service area. The contract is effective January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2027, with a possible mutually agreed month-to-month extension and a potential one-year renewal. Deliveries are generally required within 10 working days after receipt of a purchase order, with freight, delivery, handling, unloading, and inside delivery included in pricing. Bids must be submitted through the program's online bid submission software; bids submitted by other methods will not be considered.
