Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is conducting a one-time acquisition for approximately 6,946 cases of toilet paper and paper towels for delivery to multiple Region 5 institutions. The requested products include singlefold, multifold, and hardwound paper towels, along with one-ply and two-ply toilet paper in specified case configurations, sizes, colors, and sheet counts. Products must be new or recycled-content, first quality, standard continuing-manufacturing items, and must meet the detailed Quote Worksheet specifications. The awarded supplier must deliver according to the January 4, February 1, and March 1, 2027 schedules, coordinate with each receiving institution, comply with correctional-facility security and delivery procedures, and provide properly palletized and labeled cases. Bidders must submit pricing and the required certifications and forms, including a customer reference evaluation demonstrating comparable toilet-paper and paper-towel supply experience. The solicitation is limited to California-certified small businesses, and award authority is limited to $249,999.99 or less.
