Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is conducting a one-time acquisition for 6,824 cases of toilet paper and paper towels. The requested products include specified singlefold and multifold paper towels, one-ply toilet paper, and two-ply toilet paper, with required case configurations, sizes, colors, sheet counts, and packaging. Products must be new or recycled-content, first-quality items meeting the solicitation specifications; substitutions require prior written approval. The awarded supplier must deliver the products to multiple Region 2 correctional facilities according to scheduled quantities and delivery dates in January, February, and March 2027. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries with receiving institutions, complying with facility security and packaging requirements, and providing pallet and case identification. Bidders must demonstrate relevant large-volume supply experience and submit at least one completed customer reference evaluation for comparable toilet paper and paper towel supply performed within the five years preceding the bid due date.
