Description
Campbell County School District No. 1 is soliciting bids for towel and tissue paper products, including white and natural roll towels, Ecosoft tissue, and jumbo-roll tissue. The solicitation also includes approximately 800 roll-towel dispensers, approximately 800 tissue dispensers, and removal of existing dispensers and installation of new dispensers at approximately 1,600 locations. Alternates to the current Tork products will be considered, but alternate products must be approved and supplied as full-case samples at no charge before bidding. The district prefers fixed pricing and intends to establish a multi-year contract of three or more years, with orders shipped and invoiced after July 1, 2027. Pricing must include applicable minimum shipping requirements and freight. The bid may be awarded to one vendor, although the district may award individual items or sections separately.
