Description
The Washington State Health Care Authority is soliciting qualified organizations and individuals for as-needed behavioral health and recovery training and support services. Bidders may select one or more service categories, including substance use disorder prevention and mental health promotion, behavioral health outpatient services, residential treatment, inpatient psychiatric services, recovery support services, correctional-facility behavioral health support, and problem gambling. Available activities include training, facilitation, training events, curriculum development, conference coordination, consulting and coaching, technical assistance, media and campaign development, data collection and analysis, program and project evaluation, audio/video support, public speaking, project management, and event logistics. The resulting contracts will establish a pool of qualified providers; individual work orders will define the specific scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget. No minimum or maximum amount of work is guaranteed. Bids must include the required bidder forms and certifications, qualifications, quotation, and other mandatory checklist items, submitted electronically by email in Microsoft Word or PDF format.
