Description
Mason County is requesting proposals from qualified individuals for additional services that support attractions throughout the county. The solicitation materials identify attraction-support work, including exhibit development, visitor services, marketing, maintenance, reporting, and related tourism activities. The available budget is up to $264,227 for multiple contracts, with partial funding permitted. Contracts will have a minimum one-year term with an option for renewal. Proposals must address the requested service approach, qualifications, scope and cost, exhibit development and marketing, impact measurement and reporting, visitor estimates, and any applicable additional funding plan.
