The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation from a small business to furnish, deliver, and install a complete urine-diversion toilet system at Warren Falls Recreation Area. The work includes a single-person prefabricated building with ADA features, excavation, foundation preparation, grading, installation, backfill, a waterless mechanically operated conveyor-belt toilet, solid-waste containment vault, ventilation, gravity-flow urine piping, and an in-ground urine drainage system. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, shop drawings and manufacturer schematics for approval before manufacturing, product data, piping layouts, operation and maintenance manuals, spare-parts lists, training for maintenance staff, as-built documentation, and warranty information. Installation must be completed within 90 days after receipt of the notice to proceed and performed Monday through Friday during daylight hours, excluding nights, weekends, and federal holidays. Quotations will be evaluated using a lowest-price, technically acceptable approach with acceptable or neutral past performance.
