The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Europe District is conducting market research on industrialized construction and alternative construction methodologies for Army installation resilience. The survey seeks information on commercial capabilities, technical maturity, manufacturing capacity, execution strategies, project scale, and experience as a prime contractor or technology partner. Areas of interest include volumetric modular construction; kit-of-parts, panelized, and precast systems; pre-engineered metal buildings; tension fabric structures; and additive manufacturing through 3D printing. The Army is particularly interested in applications for aircraft hangars, maintenance facilities, barracks, child development centers, kennels, and other repeatable buildings. Respondents should address technical suitability, building-code considerations, 25-year lifecycle optimization, disassembly and relocation, supply-chain and logistics constraints, delivery models, and up to three representative projects completed within the past five years. Responses are limited to ten pages, including the cover page and attachments, and must be submitted in Microsoft Word or PDF format using standard 12-point font.
