Description
The project seeks a contractor to fabricate, furnish, deliver, and install 72 complete, fully functional intake units. The turnkey scope includes prefabricated components, framing, exterior enclosure systems, interior finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, as well as coordination, testing, and commissioning. Tie-ins must extend five feet from building foundations. Bids are lump sum with alternates. The bid form is required, and a company letterhead proposal may be submitted in addition. Because the project uses federal funds, applicable federal requirements apply, including the Davis-Bacon Act and Related Acts, Section 3 requirements, and applicable labor standards.
