Description
Muskegon Public Schools is soliciting proposals for Bid Package No. 01, covering construction of a 20,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal administrative building at 1826 Hoyt Street in Muskegon, Michigan. The work is subject to prevailing-wage requirements. Proposals must include pricing for a co-obligee labor and material payment bond and a co-obligee performance bond. A bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, money order, or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the base bid is required. Bidders must also submit a sworn and notarized familial-relationship disclosure and certify that they are not an Iran-linked business.
