The U.S. Department of Agriculture, through its Farm Production and Conservation Business Center and Natural Resources Conservation Service Plant Materials Center, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Castor Construction, LLC for construction of an equipment storage building with optional additive items at the Golden Meadow Plant Materials Center. The notice identifies the procurement as industrial building construction under Product Service Code Y1JZ and NAICS 236210. This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis, not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will generally be used only to determine whether the Government should conduct a competitive procurement.
