NOTICE TO BIDDERS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) for Landscaping Hardscape Materials, As Needed Bid forms, contracts, drawings and specifications can be obtained from at the CRDA website at www.njcrda.com also at https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities. (you will need to create a free Bonfire account in order to download the documentation). Questions regarding how to obtain bid solicitation forms, contracts and specifications must be submitted in writing to CRDAQUESTIONS@ NJCRDA.COM. Sealed bids must be online through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub.com. Sealed bids shall be submitted in the manner prescribed in the bid specifications. Bids will be received October 6, 2026, at 10:30 am eastern prevailing time through NJCRDA's Bonfire Portal: https://njcrda.bonfirehub. com, opened and read aloud in a Zoom meeting open to the public on October 6, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. eastern prevailing time. The public proposal openings will be completed online through Zoom. Description
The New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority is soliciting bids from one or more vendors to provide landscaping hardscape materials on an as-needed basis for use by its Special Improvement District Division. The award may be made to one or more vendors. The opportunity is an invitation for bids with a broadcast date of September 10, 2026, and a submission deadline of October 6, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
