Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture requires a short-term, full-service rental of move-in-ready office space for six Rural Development and Natural Resources Conservation Service employees. The amended Statement of Work requires at least 1,400 square feet, removes the former 2,000-square-foot maximum, and limits the location to Tunkhannock Township, Tunkhannock Borough, or Eaton Township within Wyoming County, Pennsylvania. The space must meet International Building Code office-occupancy requirements, be ADA compliant, provide public access and sole agency control, have secure exterior doors, and provide parking for six visitors and two government vehicles. Telephone and internet access must be available, although the Government will procure those services separately. The monthly full-service rental rate must include utilities, trash removal, pest control, routine maintenance, janitorial services, triple-net costs, grounds and parking-lot maintenance, property insurance, real-estate taxes, and common-area maintenance. Janitorial services must include trash removal, restroom sanitation and restocking, vacuuming and mopping, and floor and window care at least twice weekly. The contract includes a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, not to exceed five years. Private consultation rooms, break or conference rooms, private offices, and furnishings are desirable but not required. Quotes are unrestricted and are due by the amended deadline of September 15, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
