Description
Lincoln Electric System is requesting proposals for a hybrid cloud and/or on-premises replacement or alternative to its existing Cisco VoIP phone system. The proposed solution must support up to five office locations, geographically redundant SIP/VoIP connectivity, high availability targeting 99.999% uptime, analog and legacy integrations, core telephony functions, physical and software endpoints, voicemail, emergency calling, identity and access management, monitoring, reporting, and secure communications. The solution must include a contact center initially supporting 30 agents and scalable to 50, call recording with a minimum seven-year retention period, migration and coexistence with the existing system, number porting, rollback planning, end-user and administrator training, documentation, and business-hours and after-hours support. Respondents must provide architecture and dependency information, requirement-by-requirement responses, references, organizational qualifications, staffing, service methodology, timeline, and a separate fixed-price cost proposal using Attachment A. The successful bidder must complete the LES standard services contract, provide required insurance documentation, and submit the specified compliance and technology-related certification forms.
