Description
The Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital Technology is seeking one service provider to deliver on-demand, first-level technical support and troubleshooting through its customer service center. The scope covers intermediate and central platforms, infrastructure services, and support for office equipment and software, including answering telephone calls and handling self-service tickets. The contractor must have prior experience, resources, and infrastructure to supervise and manage call-center operations. The contract will use unit pricing based on answered calls and self-service tickets and may run for a maximum of 36 months. Electronic submissions must separate the price file from the quality demonstration, with both files in PDF format and each no larger than 75 MB.
