Description
Haralson County is seeking a provider to deliver managed phone services and support for its local government over a three-year period beginning January 1, 2027. The selected provider must supply a dedicated voice circuit with redundancy, required circuit-termination equipment, call-flow management, phone-number porting support, network integration across at least 13 VLANs, quality-of-service equipment, support for existing Polycom handsets or an alternative solution, analog telephone adapters for 12 fax machines, auto attendants, at least 20 hunt groups, presence functionality, and approximately 3,000 included long-distance minutes per month. The scope also includes IP-based fax hardware and service, implementation planning and deployment assistance, architectural documentation, and coordinated planning, design, implementation, testing, training, support, and maintenance with the county's designated IT provider. Proposals must address corporate information, relevant experience, customer references, proposed approach and migration plan, assigned team, support model, reporting, documentation, and pricing. The proposal must be submitted as a sealed, unbound bid; email submissions are not accepted.
