Yaoundé Embassy Mobile Telephone Services

The U.S. Embassy in Yaoundé, Cameroon, is planning to procure complete mobile telephone services for approximately 500 official-use lines. Required capabilities include calls within Cameroon, international calling, international roaming, Wireless Application Protocol (WAP), SMS messaging, voicemail, 24-hour customer service, detailed call billing, and data services. The anticipated contract is firm fixed price with a 12-month base period and four one-year option periods. Offerors must comply with applicable Cameroonian legal and regulatory requirements, including requirements of the Telecommunications Regulatory Agency of Cameroon.
