Description
The City of Hudson is soliciting bids for outage dispatching services supporting its utilities. The scope includes a U.S.-based 24/7/365 call center; business-hours, after-hours, and overflow call handling; outage reporting and documentation; dispatch automation and staff callouts; response-management functionality; integration with GIS, SCADA, AMI, billing, and work-order-management systems; outage mapping; customer portals; mass notifications by text, email, and phone; and reporting and analytics. The contract is for three years, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with an option for a three-year extension. Bidders must provide a bid electronically through Bid Express, submit required bid security, and complete the bidder qualifications statement, non-collusion affidavit, and proposed subcontractor list. The bidder qualifications statement requires at least three years of similar experience, at least three comparable projects, three references, notarization, and supporting financial and organizational information.
