Description
The City seeks a complete telephone and related communications solution for approximately 750 Direct Inward Dial numbers, up to 50 simultaneous calls, and 17 locations. Proposals may use SIP trunking, hosted or cloud VoIP, managed VoIP, on-premises or hybrid systems, and provider-supplied or existing internet connectivity. The solution must support features such as E911, voicemail, call routing, auto attendants, remote users, and administrative access; proposers must identify included equipment, service components, costs, security, reliability, support, and any network dependencies. The selected provider is responsible for implementation, number porting, testing, training, and transition to operational service by May 31, 2027. The proposal must include a detailed implementation schedule, a comprehensive cost proposal, a proposed service-level agreement, exceptions and assumptions, and at least four references for similar services. The initial agreement is one year, with an optional one-year renewal; the solicitation also describes a maximum two-year term.
