Description
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide construction administration and inspection services for a new approximately 9,480-linear-foot, 12-inch high-density polyethylene redundant force main, discharge-header reconfiguration, utility relocations, and related lift station improvements. The work includes permitting assistance, schedule and maintenance-of-plant-operations review, construction oversight, field inspections, quality and progress verification, review of submittals, RFIs, payment applications and change orders, daily reporting, pipe-fusion records, testing and CCTV documentation review, meetings, punch-list development, as-built review, public outreach, and weekly project updates. The selected consultant must maintain electronic project records, use the City's UNIFIER web-based project-management database, provide a networked office platform with broadband connectivity, and deliver project documentation at completion. Selection will be qualifications-based, with evaluation focused on similar construction administration and inspection experience, key personnel and subconsultants, project understanding and approach, staffing, and reference checks. The response is a single PDF Statement of Qualifications limited to 10 pages for the evaluated content, plus an information sheet.
