The Wyoming Army National Guard is procuring one ZONO SC2 double-door disinfecting and sanitizing cabinet, or an equivalent product, for sanitizing individual organizational clothing and equipment. The cabinet must measure approximately 76 3/16 inches high by 52 5/8 inches wide by 31 1/16 inches deep, have a 58.8-cubic-foot capacity, weigh approximately 262 pounds, operate from a standard 120-volt NEMA 5-15R receptacle, and include an integrated mobile cart assembly for inside placement. Required salient characteristics include ozone- and humidity-based operation, the ability to kill 99.9% of specified bacteria and viruses on nonporous, semiporous, and porous surfaces, a separate heat cycle for bedbugs, lice, and their eggs, and a three-year standard warranty. The item must be new. Responses may not exceed five pages and must include the salient characteristics; award will be based on the lowest-price technically acceptable offer.
