Description
Richland Library is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide project planning and evaluation services for an integrated human resources information system covering human resources, payroll, benefits, talent, learning, recruiting, and workforce management. The scope includes implementation, configuration, integration, migration, testing, training, change management, technical support, and post-implementation support. Electronic proposals must be submitted by email in accordance with the solicitation requirements by the stated deadline.
