Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for one lot of commercial off-the-shelf Bird/Wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard equipment for Ninth Air Force. The requested supplies include precision air rifles, a Reed Joseph RJ1 single-shot pyrotechnic launcher, airgun pellets, compressors, rifle magazines and seal kits, variable-power first-focal-plane rifle scopes and mounting rings, multispectral thermal/digital night-vision weapon sights with laser rangefinders, high-output rechargeable searchlights, and 10x50 HD binoculars. The attached salient characteristics specify quantities and technical requirements for each item. Quotes must include pricing for CLIN 0001, discount terms, contractor identification and contact information, CAGE code and GSA Schedule if applicable, a completed salient-characteristics checklist, and prices valid through September 30, 2026. The government expects to award to the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest evaluated price; quotations that do not address the salient characteristics may be found technically unacceptable. Delivery is required within 60 calendar days after award.
